Grupo Insur liittoutuu Grupo Inmoglaciarin kanssa lanseeratakseen Balance, modernin 75 asunnon asuinalueen Mijas Costalla
MARBELLA (MÁLAGA), 8 May. (EUROPA PRESS) – Grupo Insur has formed an alliance with Grupo Inmoglaciar, leading to the launch of a new development on the Costa del Sol. Named Balance, they will invest 20.2 million euros in Mijas (Málaga) for the construction of a residential complex with 75 homes, creating over 150 jobs, both direct and indirect, with a 22-month execution period. The project is the result of a partnership that arises from Grupo Insur’s experience in marketing projects on the Costa del Sol and aims to consolidate the position of both companies in this privileged area of Málaga. According to both companies, ”this alliance combines the experience and resources of each company to create a modern project, located in a privileged location, which will be supported by a deep knowledge of the Costa del Sol market and a solid financial base.” The residential complex will consist of two and three-bedroom apartments, with spacious terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and ground floors with private gardens, always seeking a balance between enjoyment and relaxation for its residents. With the use of the natural surroundings as a premise, the new development has been designed to offer ”privileged views of the sea and the mountains, providing a warm and balanced lifestyle that focuses on natural lighting and ventilation, with common areas dedicated to rest, entertainment, sports, and the general well-being of its residents.” To achieve this, more than 13,000 square meters have been allocated to gardens and common areas where residents can find a central pool, with a ’chill out’ area focused on rest and relaxation; a gym, a social club, and a barbecue and picnic area for gatherings or celebrations. Balance is located in a privileged area, near the Hipódromo de Mijas and just 800 meters from the new large park on the Costa del Sol, a green lung that will combine extensive gardens with leisure and entertainment elements such as an outdoor amphitheater, a running track, a bike lane, a skating rink, a skatepark, a navigable lake, and a climbing wall. The new residential complex, which has just started its commercialization, is less than ten minutes from the beaches and only 20 minutes from Malaga Airport, making it easily accessible and well-connected. Another highlight of this development is the high-quality materials used in its homes, carefully selected to offer maximum comfort; the kitchens are also fully equipped.
